New Year, New Plan

Alright so we’ve fallen off the Keto wagon pretty bad but there’s no reason not to pick it back up again!

Currently, our family unit is three adult humans, as Bean Sister has rejoined us indefinitely! She’s working part-time at Petsmart and so we’ll need to factor in her need to have packable lunches into our planning.

We’ll be starting from January 2nd, annnd here we go!

Carry Out Breakfasts/Lunches:

    • Mushrooms
    • Herbs
    • A Good Dressing

    • Raw with dressing
  • Almonds
  • Celery
    • With peanut butter!
    • With tuna!
